Is there a large upfront payment?+
No. The setup payment is £99. The remaining cost is spread across 12 payments of £79, beginning when the website is approved or ready to launch.
Why is there a 12-month minimum?+
The website build cost is spread over the initial term while hosting and technical care are provided. The minimum term makes that lower upfront cost possible.
Who owns my domain and content?+
You own your domain, logo, photography and supplied content from the beginning. We recommend registering the domain in your own account wherever practical.
Who owns the website?+
During the initial term, NDS hosts and manages the website. After 12 successfully paid months, you receive permanent rights to your finished project-specific website. NDS retains reusable internal frameworks and general-purpose components.
What happens after 12 months?+
The £79 build plan ends. You can choose care from £29 per month, upgrade to a plan with content updates, or take the website elsewhere.
Can I cancel or transfer early?+
An early transfer is possible by paying the remaining build balance. The guide formula is £695 minus the £99 setup payment and £50 for each completed monthly payment, capped at £0. Your written agreement confirms the exact figure and any third-party costs.
Are content changes included?+
The plan includes technical maintenance, not unlimited content changes. Additions are quoted separately during the term. After month 12, Stay Current includes a monthly update allowance.
Are domain and email costs included?+
No. Domain registration, business email and paid third-party subscriptions remain separate unless your proposal expressly includes them.
What counts as maintenance?+
Maintenance covers hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, backup checks, security and compatibility work, and fixing technical issues with the delivered website. It does not include new pages, redesigns or new features.
What happens if a payment fails?+
We will contact you and allow a reasonable opportunity to bring the account up to date. Continued non-payment may pause hosting or support under the written service agreement.
Can I upgrade to a larger website?+
Yes. Extra pages, booking integrations and other additions can be quoted separately. If the project is substantially more complex, an upfront Growth project may be more suitable.
Is SEO included?+
The build includes search-ready page structure and basic on-page setup. Ongoing SEO campaigns, content publishing and link building are separate services.
